Coming to GP Canal de Castilla is easy with Logistics & Bike ~ GP Canal de Castilla 2015

LOGISTICS & BIKE, provider of logistical services supporting development of cycling tourism events in Spain, has agreed with the organizers of GP CANAL DE CASTILLA 2015 to offer a transport service for anyone wishing to participate in any of three events over the weekend (GPCC – RETRO GPCC – Tweed) of 17-19 July in Medina de Rioseco. This consists of the direct transfer of cyclists and their return, with bicycle and with or without companion; from Barajas "Adolfo Suarez" Airport in Madrid to the locality of Medina de Rioseco, on the 17^thand 19^th of July respectively.

Transport is carried out in VIP buses with air conditioning, heating, reclinable seats and DVD player.

Itinerary:

17TH JULY (BARAJAS “ADOLFO SUAREZ” AIRPORT, MADRID to MUNICIPAL SPORTS HALL, MEDINA DE RIOSECO):

Departure time: 16.00 local time.

Journey time: Direct (without stops) takes approximately two hours and thirty minutes to Medina de Rioseco.

Estimated time of arrival: 18.30 local time.

19TH JULY (MUNICIPAL SPORTS HALL, MEDINA DE RIOSECO – BARAJAS “ADOLFO SUAREZ” AIRPORT, MADRID):

Departure time: 16.00 local time.

Journey time: Direct (without stops) takes approximately two hours and thirty minutes to Barajas “Adolfo Suarez” Airport).

Estimated time of arrival: 18.30 local time.

The bikes will be carried in closed vehicles with the experience of LOGISTICS*BIKE, who are specialised in transporting bicycles.

The service is as follows:

Arrival at Barajas “Adolfo Suarez” Airport, Madrid: fully-identified LOGISTICS&BIKE personnel will be waiting for you and the other already confirmed cyclists according to the arrival schedules of your domestic or international flights. Personnel will be waiting for you between 08.00 and 15.30 local time and only in the Barajas “Adolfo Suarez” Airport. For those of you arriving on an early flight, feel free to check your bike in for transport and go off and explore the city and have lunch provided you are back at Barajas in good time for departure at 16.00.

Collection and movement of bicycles: LOGISTICS&BIKE will transport bicycles that have been packaged for transport (in a bag or box) in the same condition as they have been received. When checking the bike in for delivery, LOGISTICS&BIKE personnel will inspect the external delivery conditions together with the cyclist who will sign their bike over to the care of LOGISTICS&BIKE. The bike package will be marked with a sticker including the basic route and owners details. All bikes will be insured for any damage by LOGISTICS&BIKE.

LOGISTICS&BIKE will offload the bikes in the Municipal Sports Hall of Medina de Rioseco where you can collect your bicycle on July 17 from 20.00 local time up to 22.00 local time or, having previously specified this when leaving your bicycle; on July 18 from 06.00 to 07.30 local time. Collection of bicycles after the event(s) to transfer them back to Barajas “Adolfo Suarez” Airport will be confirmed during the event at the OFICINA PERMANENTE and departure time on the Sunday is at 16.00.

This service will cost €110 for one cyclist plus one bike without companion and €160 for one cyclist plus one bike plus one companion (WITHOUT bicycle). For additional companions or groups, please email: escribenos@logisticsbike.com
